Room available in Elwood - potential to renew lease in December in BRIGHTON ROAD, Victoria for sale

We have an unfurnished bedroom available in Elwood that we're needing to fill!
We're two female medical students, Isabelle, 20, and Sarah, 22. As med students, we're up early and in bed early most nights, so if you've got a similar timetable or are able to sleep through noise in the morning and are pretty quiet at night we'd love to have you!
A bit about us: we're both pretty active people, as much as uni allows. Isabelle is a triathlete and Sarah enjoys the gym and running. We're also pretty fond of food, music and movies (anything from Disney to Marvel), so if this sounds like the sort of people you could live with, send us a message.
About the apartment: the place is in Elwood, about a 5 minute walk to Ormond Rd and less than 10 minutes to the beach. The bedroom's big (the master bedroom), with plenty of natural light through the windows, and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has shower/bath, toilet (of course) and washing machine in the cupboard. The kitchen is definitely big enough to cook up a storm if that's your thing.
Rent is $190/week per person, plus bills (around $40-50/month/person) and internet ($20/month/person, unlimited). The lease is currently until December 1, but we're open to renewing if we meet the right person.
